By accessing or using the ExamTech portal you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that your use complies with institutional policies.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Usernames are issued in the form prescribed by your institution (for example [email protected]). You must not share passwords or attempt to access accounts or data you are not permitted to view.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users’ access.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law.
- Use the portal for purposes unrelated to authorised academic or institutional activities.
4. Content and intellectual property
Your institution and contributors retain rights in questions, papers, and materials they upload. You grant ExamTech a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.
ExamTech branding, software, and documentation remain our property or our licensors’ property.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control may cause temporary downtime. For urgent technical issues, use the Help page or contact support.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The portal is provided “as is” for educational and institutional use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Termination
We or your institution may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or when an account is no longer required. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
